Super friendly and got straight to work. He figured out the issue with my Rheem AC pretty quick. The whole repair didn’t take long, which was great. What I loved was how he explained things in simple terms, not tons of jargon. Made me feel comfortable knowing what was wrong and what he’d do to fix it. Pricing? Fair, I’d say. Didn’t feel like I was being ripped off at all. Sometimes you worry about hidden costs, but these folks were upfront. Honest. After the service, the cool breeze was back just in time for a heatwave.
